Thornton Township High School/ Thornwood High School

Following the 2002 Illinois Youth Summit, participants from Thornton Township High School in Harvey paid a visit to Thornwood High School in South Holland to discuss their experiences and insights during the Youth Summit. After sharing a PowerPoint presentation they had created, featuring pictures and music, the Thornton students led discussion groups about racial profiling, military tribunals and military censorship.
