1999 Illinois Youth Summit Participants
Over 200 high school students attended the 1999 Illinois Youth Summit representing 20 High Schools from across the state. The three areas of focus in this year's program were: Date Rape, Hate Crimes, and Gun Violence. The presentations and discussions were thoughtful, engaging and truly energizing.
